Junior Board of Directors (JBODs) is a group of confident and passionate young people who collaborate with brands by sharing their views. We would like you to become a part of this exciting initiative. Keep reading to find out how!

Phase 1: Getting to know you

Phase 1: Getting to know you

We are looking for young people who are opinionated, confident, and committed. Passionate individuals who take an interest in social challenges. So if you are aged 8-30 years, join the Junior Board of Directors!

Record a video, telling us the following:

  1. A bit about yourself, your name, surname, age
  2. How would your friends describe you?
  3. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
  4. What do you think are or will be the biggest changes in the world in 2023-2024?
  5. If you could be a leader of a political party, what would your party stand for in the minds of young people?
Phase 2: Interview prep

Phase 2: Interview prep

If we like your video, you will be selected and notified to prepare a case study. You have 1 week to prepare the case study.

Phase 3: Interview

Phase 3: Interview

Prepare to present your case study and answer any questions from the panelists.

Successful candidates will be notified once all the interviews have been conducted!
