
Mondli has over 9 years of applied research experience gained at various research houses.
Before joining Yellowwood, he worked for Synovate S.A., a full-service international marketing research house, as a Quantitative Research Executive (within the FMCG division).
His prime roles were research project management and execution, i.e. from project inception to completion; internal and external stakeholder liaison; quality checks and assurance on all data outputs; research report writing and analysis.
Mondli has also done Social Qualitative Research for Social Surveys and Human Sciences Research Council before joining Synovate - as an Ethnographer.
He also has an extensive Fieldwork implementation experience as a Fieldwork Supervisor gained at Plus 94 Research (an independent Marketing Research Company) and Wits Health Consortium (a Clinical Research Company).
To balance his work experience, Mondli has completed a Marketing Management Programme through UNISA. He is currently studying towards completing a BA degree in Communication Science and Generic Project Management certificate.
He enjoys reading books on African Scholars and Philosophers, and equally enjoys spending quality time with his family.
