Lyndall recently joined Yellowwood as Insights Manager. She is an experienced client-side market researcher, having spent many years at BAT leading, creating and identifying consumer trends through qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies. Her area of expertise is the FMCG industry of Southern Africa (South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe).
Lyndall has worked as Consumer Insights Manager at Distell and as a Senior Research Executive at The Solution Workshop. She enjoys turning market, consumer, product, trade and brand tracking studies into actionable insights that can be used to guide business strategies.
Lyndall holds a BCom Degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of the Western Cape.
