Honoré is Insights Director and General Manager for Yellowwood Cape Town, responsible for all customer insight projects, development of the team, client growth and the development of new analytical tools. She has more than 20 years of market research experience, both on agency and client side, and has honed her skills in insight, innovation, brand management, marketing and business strategy.
Honoré has spearheaded many global insights projects at Yellowwood. Her experience includes having been Client Service Director at Synovate / Ipsos SA as well as Business Manager at TNS Research Surveys and Account Director at Research Surveys. She spent four years in London as Research and Insight Manager at United Biscuits and as Global Category Research & Insight Manager for Reckitt Benckiser, where she developed a new and globally adopted metric to prioritise innovation, as well as an online concept testing programme that turns results around within 2 weeks.
Honoré holds a Business Science Honours degree from UCT.
